What should you do if you are on student visa and your college has sent you a Notice of Intention Report?

Please follow the following steps:

  • 1. Contact your education provider
  • 2. Meet a student support officer at your provider
  • 3. Lodge internal appeal
  • 4. Present your case to the education provider as why they should not be reporting you to Department of Border Protection
